How does Tadalafil work?
Once it is administered, this drug increases the flow of blood to the penis and relaxes the muscles in the bladder and prostate which helps men in getting and maintaining an erection. The action of Tadalafil on the penis is not automatic. It simply makes it possible for blood to flow to the organ when the man is ready for sex. You need to engage in foreplay to get an erection.
